Who am I? Greetings from San Antonio, Texas. My name is Jamey Lickteig, I’m an expert in Adult Learning and Development with over 20 years of experience. I am proficient at applying adult learning theory effectively to create highly engaging eLearning solutions. I have a proven track record of delivering results in demand sectors, particularly healthcare and high-tech.  

I am currently developing a 4-H Horse Project curriculum, a youth development program for children ages 5 through 18.

My experience has helped me develop a well-rounded approach when developing eLearning solutions. 

A bit more about me: I grew up in Alamosa, Colorado, and showed Quarter Horses in my youth, and soon after high school, became a professional horse trainer. Shortly after receiving my first horse, I joined the Silver Spurs 4-H Horse Club, where I learned everything there is to know about horses.

Horses have always been the biggest passion of my life. This exciting project allows me to combine my two biggest passions: Horses and Instructional Design 

How I work with people. Collaboration is also key, building authentic relationships with everyone involved to ensure the learning solutions are truly impactful and enjoyable.

What we can accomplish. Ultimately, my goal is to empower both individuals and organizations to reach their full potential through modern, visually appealing, and interactive learning solutions.

I also have a strong passion for Interior Design. I believe that there’s a notable connection between Instructional Design and interior design in terms of visual elements such as geometry, placement, and composition.

After all, it has been said that if you’re passionate about something and love what you do for a living, you’ll be good at it!
