About This Project
Tools used: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.This interactive eLearning simulation was designed to help technical support staff improve customer relations and over-all customer satisfaction. The learner will be presented with 5 real world scenario-based help desk support issues. He or she will decide the best answer out of 3 options with the end goal of a 5-star rating and over-all customer satisfaction.
